Toltec Healing & Self-Awareness: Breakingthe Parasite of Suffering

don Miguel Ruiz
don Miguel Ruiz
Jul 16, 2020
読了 約12分

In this Shamanism Summit talk, don Jose Ruiz—a Toltec master and modern shaman trained in his family's lineage—describes how the path of traditional healing requires first descending into the "underworld" of one's own suffering, addiction, and darkness. He introduces the metaphor of the "parasite": an internalized voice of judgment and self-sabotage that keeps us trapped in pain. Healing, in Ruiz's teaching, is not about escaping reality but about developing awareness of how we wound ourselves, then consciously choosing to feed love and intention instead of fear and suppression. He emphasizes that authentic spiritual teaching must be alive and adaptive, honoring elders while refusing to live in the past, and that the real tool for transformation is the body—where we store trauma, suppression, and the power to reclaim our natural state of love.

What Is the Toltec "Underworld" and Why Must Shamans Enter It?

Don Jose Ruiz speaks of shamanic training as a descent, not an ascent. Early in the conversation (0:48–3:23), he describes how, as a child, he witnessed his grandmother and father teaching in the temple tradition. Yet as he grew older, he was drawn to the suffering of his peers—their addictions, their escapes from reality. Rather than resisting this pull, he found himself descending into it. "That's where we all shamans and tradition leaders start the process training in the underworld in the darkness in their own world in the dream of suffering," Ruiz explains. This underworld is not punishment; it is the necessary terrain of healing work.

He speaks from direct experience: "I found myself in the world of suffering inside of it like I was unhappy depressed you know suicide thoughts." This was not failure but initiation. In the Toltec tradition, the healer must know suffering from the inside, not merely as theory but as lived experience. Only by descending into one's own darkness—one's own addictions, self-hatred, and paralysis—does a healer gain the clarity to guide others out. This mirrors shamanic traditions worldwide, where the wounded healer archetype is central: the shaman's own illness or crisis becomes the source of their power.

Ruiz's phrase "the underworld in the darkness" also speaks to the unconscious mind, the dream state where we operate without awareness. Many of us live in this dream of suffering without realizing it. The shamanic path, by contrast, is the process of waking up within that dream.

What Does Ruiz Mean by the "Parasite"?

One of the central metaphors Ruiz introduces is the parasite—not a literal organism, but an internalized voice of judgment, shame, and self-sabotage. Around 19:54, he describes the parasite as an entity that has "got smarter" over time, adapting to modern conditions. It feeds on our suppression, our shame, our self-judgment, and our willingness to judge others.

The parasite is what tells you that you are not good enough, that you should hide, that you should perform a false self to avoid rejection. It is the internalized authority that makes you ashamed of your own body, your own desires, your own truth. Ruiz notes that when we feed this parasite—by believing its lies, by suppressing our emotions, by judging ourselves and others—it grows stronger. But when we become aware of it, when we can observe its voice without believing it, we starve it.

In Ruiz's words: "How can we let this parasite consume us? ...I see a junkie who's 12 years sober, that irritates us." The parasite is the voice that tells us to judge the recovering addict, to judge anyone who is different, to keep ourselves small. It is also the voice that told Ruiz himself to use substances, to escape, to suppress his pain rather than feel it. Breaking free from the parasite requires becoming aware of it first—noticing when we are judging, when we are ashamed, when we are hiding.

How Does Awareness Function as a Healing Tool in Toltec Practice?

Ruiz returns repeatedly to awareness as the primary instrument of transformation. He does not offer a formula or set of rules to follow; instead, he points to the power of seeing clearly what is happening within you. Around 27:15–30:21, when asked about healing ceremony, he describes the process: "I began moving I begin moving and as I begin putting attention to your body and then I look at myself I look at what around and really put attention who is the one [that] started this training."

The practice is simple: place your attention on your body, on the sensations, on what arises. As you do this, you begin to see the patterns—where you hold tension, where you suppress, where the parasite's voice is active. "I can see my suffering mind a parasite," Ruiz says. This seeing is not an intellectual exercise but a somatic, embodied awareness.

Once you become aware of the parasite's voice—how it judges, how it tells you that you are unworthy—you have a choice. You can continue to feed it, or you can withdraw your belief and energy from it. Ruiz emphasizes that awareness itself is the transformation: "With awareness we can begin healing and we can begin navigating the parasite with love." This is crucial—not suppressing or fighting the parasite, but navigating it with love, with conscious choice.

The body is the key instrument because the body is where we have suppressed emotion, stored trauma, and internalized shame. When we bring awareness to the body, we begin to release these blockages. This is why Ruiz speaks of the body as the "real tool" for healing, not the mind alone.

Why Must Healers Heal Themselves First, and Why Does This Never Stop?

Around 6:48–7:36, Ruiz makes a sharp statement: "To be a healer you have to heal yourself and this is where where I come from all the healers the first training is to heal themselves constantly because he doesn't stop." This is not a training phase with an endpoint; it is an ongoing practice. The healer's work is not to become perfect but to remain in constant awareness of their own wounding, their own patterns, their own edges.

This is a direct challenge to the guru model, where a teacher is presented as enlightened and beyond struggle. Ruiz's lineage, by contrast, assumes that healing is a lifelong commitment. When you stop doing the inner work, the parasite begins to feed again. You become complacent, you begin to wear a mask, you repeat teachings without living them. Ruiz speaks from this directly: "I noticed when I started hiding behind the teachings when I got comfortable in the teachings and didn't know one apply it in my life I could wear a mask you know repeat the teachings but no I wasn't really applying them."

The healer who heals themselves constantly is humble, because they are always discovering new layers of their own conditioning. They do not claim to have final answers. Instead, they offer a living example of the work—showing others that transformation is possible, not because you reach a destination, but because you commit to the journey.

How Do Modern Toltec Teachings Honor the Lineage While Remaining Alive and Relevant?

A major theme in Ruiz's talk is the distinction between honoring the teaching and being trapped by it. Around 17:24–19:54, he articulates this tension directly. When asked about the secrets of the Toltecs from hundreds of years ago, he responds: "I said I do not know because I was born in 1978." This is not dismissal but humility. He respects his elders and the tradition, but he refuses to pretend that 15th-century Toltec solutions are sufficient for 21st-century problems.

Ruiz observes: "The parasite got smarter because the old way didn't work because the parasite got smaller because someone who live that way corrupted it." In other words, the tradition itself was distorted by those who inherited it without truly understanding or living it. This is why blind repetition of ancient teachings is actually a betrayal of the elders—it freezes the teaching in amber instead of allowing it to grow.

His metaphor is the relay race: "I've never seen somebody you know the Asian transition the runners you know they never run backwards they only get the message and go forward." The elders pass the flame forward; the younger generation's job is to carry it forward, not to recreate the past. This means adapting, questioning, experimenting, and sometimes discovering that what worked for a previous generation needs to be transformed for the present.

At the same time, Ruiz is clear that respect for the elders is not about obedience but about recognizing that they "titled themselves"—they lived the teaching, not merely recited it. The respect is earned through their lived practice, not their authority. And the younger generation shows respect by doing the same: living the teaching, adapting it, and passing it on alive rather than dead.

What Is the Connection Between Judgment, Shame, and the Suppression of Our Natural State?

Ruiz returns several times to the role of judgment in maintaining suffering. Around 21:04–22:75, he notes: "The first thing that I begin seeing is how the people judge and how people are ashamed of what they're being judged with." Judgment is the parasite's primary weapon. When we judge others, we are reinforcing the internalized judge within ourselves. When we fear being judged, we suppress our true self.

He speaks of his natural state—which is love—being covered over by layers of adaptation, shame, and self-protection. "When we get into this life we have any attempt to sure love but we don't even know it be but that's our natural being." Our natural state is love, but we have been taught to suppress it, to hide it, to fear it. The family, the culture, the religion—all of these institutions, while often well-intentioned, teach us to suppress our authentic nature in order to fit in, to be accepted, to survive.

The healing work is not about acquiring something new but about removing the layers of suppression that cover our natural state. In Ruiz's language: "It's time to unlearn what takes my inspiration away so I can put my intention what brings me inspiration." We must unlearn the judgments, the shame, the self-hatred that the parasite has taught us.

How Does Walking Your Own Path Lead to Freedom?

Around 8:06–8:50, Ruiz emphasizes that healing is not one-size-fits-all: "We all have our individual ways of doing things of healing ourselves yes we may get inspired by other people and seeing other people's paths when we walk our own path is when we find the freedom." This is a crucial point. You can study many teachers, learn many techniques, absorb many traditions. But at a certain point, you must take what resonates and walk your own path. No two nervous systems are the same, no two trauma histories are identical, and no external teacher knows exactly what will unlock your healing.

Ruiz states: "We can only go all the way for personal freedom in our own way because no one knows what's stopping us how we're paralyzing ourselves but we do know what can overcome all these negativity and ease our love." This is the invitation to radical responsibility—not to blame your parents, your culture, or your circumstances for your suffering, but to own the fact that you, and only you, know what will free you. This is not about blame but about agency. The moment you recognize that you have the capacity to choose, to experiment, to adjust, you are no longer a victim of your conditioning.

What Role Does the Body Play in Shamanic Healing?

In the section around 27:15–31:15, when Ruiz discusses healing work and ceremony, he repeatedly comes back to the body as the primary site of transformation. He describes placing his hands on clients, moving his own body, paying attention to what arises. The body is not secondary to the mind or spirit; it is the instrument through which healing occurs.

This reflects the understanding that trauma, suppression, and conditioning are not merely mental but are stored in the nervous system, in the muscles, in the tissues. The parasite's voice is not just an idea but a felt experience—tension in the chest, constriction in the throat, numbness in the belly. To access and release these patterns, you must work with the body, not just the mind.

Ruiz notes: "Nature in life I begin putting my hands and I'm putting it out because I feel." The practice is intuitive, responsive, embodied. It is not a protocol applied from the outside but a listening to what the body is expressing and responding with presence and touch.

Where to Go From Here

Don Jose Ruiz's teaching offers several entry points for your own practice:

  • Observe the parasite's voice. Begin to notice when you are judging yourself or others, when you are ashamed, when you are hiding. What does that voice say? What does it tell you that you are not, should not be, or should not do? Simply seeing this voice is the first step to freeing yourself from it.
  • Bring awareness to your body. Spend time each day feeling your body, noticing where you hold tension, where you suppress emotion. As you place attention here without trying to change anything, you may feel sensations shifting, releasing. The body is your primary teacher.
  • Walk your own path. Do not blindly adopt someone else's healing method. Experiment, notice what resonates, adjust as needed. Your freedom comes through discovering what works for your unique nervous system and history.
  • Commit to constant healing work. This is not a destination but a practice. If you aspire to be a healer or guide for others, know that your own healing is the foundation. If you are healing for yourself, know that the work is never finished—and that is the point. The commitment itself is the transformation.
  • Honor the tradition while letting it evolve. If you work with a lineage or teaching, respect those who came before you by not freezing the teaching in the past but by living it, questioning it, and allowing it to grow through your own authentic engagement.

[1:00] so welcome Don Jose so happy that you

[1:03] were here with us today we have you so

[1:07] much sister to be here with you and

[1:08] everybody today beautiful

[1:12] so Jose and I have known each other for

[1:14] many many years which is why it's kind

[1:17] of funny to read his bio we both studied

[1:20] with his father don't Miguel Ruiz senior

[1:24] and in a way we've grown up together so

[1:28] it's just such a joy to have you here

[1:30] and I'd love you Jose for people that

[1:32] don't know who you are or your

[1:34] background to share a little bit about

[1:36] how did you come to bring forward the

[1:40] teachings of your family and I'd love

[1:42] you to share just your story of what we

[1:46] all go through I think resistance and

[1:48] then deciding to step forward oh it's

[1:53] been a magical right

[1:54] it's a magical transformation and to see

[1:57] the life from this point on and to see

[1:59] it from where you begin I remember when

[2:01] I was like 9 or 10 years old I used to

[2:04] be with my grandmother and father in the

[2:06] temple of Medina and when they used to

[2:08] teach the tradition and when I was

[2:11] growing up and I remember my mother

[2:13] saying to me

[2:14] do you wanna do when you grow up and I

[2:15] said I want to be a killer just like

[2:16] your grandma and she she laughs and she

[2:19] where you want to do it and I said I

[2:21] want to do it in Japan so no one

[2:23] understands what I'm saying I just wanna

[2:24] have to pays off just pointing it out so

[2:26] in that moment a fun that was very cute

[2:28] you know this little kid saying it but

[2:30] then I see my intent that I did I made

[2:33] an intent that I wanted to you know to

[2:36] be here like the family tradition and in

[2:39] that moment it made sense way I went

[2:41] through all the resistance in life all

[2:43] the interaction that you know that made

[2:45] me stop myself that I hurt myself with

[2:47] so I grew up with this family that

[2:50] amazing healers missing love but I got

[2:53] tempted by suffering especially when I

[2:55] had good friends you know who had the

[2:58] bat growing up and then starting with

[3:00] them and then seeing me how the older

[3:02] kids lived and they just probably all

[3:04] the time you know and you know he just

[3:05] want to grow up Barisan but someone had

[3:07] nothing to do what his tradition you

[3:09] know like many people which is going to

[3:11] church on Sundays and you know I was the

[3:13] same thing with a tradition but little

[3:15] by little I got interested the dream of

[3:17] suffering during my help and that's when

[3:19] I lost myself completely

[3:21] but in losing myself completely is when

[3:23] all my authority Jim came up to the

[3:25] plate and I begin not being aware back

[3:28] then that I was in the underworld in the

[3:30] world of the darkness because that's

[3:32] where we all shamans and and : Darris

[3:35] you know the powerful tradition leaders

[3:37] start the process training in the

[3:40] underworld in the darkness in their own

[3:42] the world in the dream of softly so they

[3:44] can find themselves so I found myself in

[3:46] the world of suffering inside of it like

[3:49] I was unhappy depressed you know suicide

[3:52] thoughts and then I remember speaking to

[3:54] a to vice chairman from the Amazon and

[3:58] he said you know what Easter culture

[4:00] what is your tradition I explained the

[4:01] topic and he said word nature did you

[4:03] learn your awareness and he said the

[4:06] jungle the forest the the ocean and the

[4:10] best and I said you know the jungle but

[4:12] the concrete jungle and that's when I

[4:13] had the realization you know when we get

[4:15] into this life we have any attempt to

[4:17] sure love but we don't even know it be

[4:20] but that's our natural being so in my

[4:22] tradition my great grandfather was an

[4:24] undertaker

[4:25] his son was a musician

[4:27] person with the musician my grandmother

[4:29] was a faith healer my father was a

[4:31] medical doctor and I was a junkie and in

[4:34] the world of junkie of these people who

[4:36] don't love himself you know just not mr.

[4:39] suppress himself to emotion because this

[4:41] world is a cruel world and we begin

[4:43] wanting to escape this reality of the

[4:45] pain so you know it's said that as

[4:49] humanity we get substance to run away

[4:51] from reality because we don't want to

[4:53] see but that was my upbringing so when I

[4:56] begin seeing that I was hurting my body

[4:58] is a time when I really step into the

[5:00] protec tradition and in the tonic

[5:02] tradition the world of the artists the

[5:04] world the tradition of art you know is I

[5:06] found my in my life that I didn't have

[5:09] no inspiration because I took it all the

[5:10] wedding and it was time to unlearn what

[5:13] takes my inspiration away so I can put

[5:15] my intention what brings me inspiration

[5:17] and that's why you know we all have our

[5:19] individual ways of doing things of

[5:21] healing ourselves yes we may get

[5:23] inspired by other people and seeing

[5:24] other people's paths when we walk our

[5:26] own path is when we find the freedom we

[5:29] can only go all the way for personal

[5:31] freedom in our own way because no one

[5:32] knows what's stopping us how we're

[5:34] paralyzing ourselves but we do know what

[5:36] can overcome all these negativity and

[5:38] ease our love so I was grateful that I

[5:41] meet that in 10 when I was just a kid

[5:43] just a baby you know putting my hands on

[5:45] my grandmother's clients and patients

[5:46] you know doing the healing work but now

[5:49] I knew you know to be a healer you have

[5:52] to heal yourself and this is where where

[5:53] I come from all the healers the first

[5:56] training is to heal themselves out of

[5:57] constant constantly because he doesn't

[5:59] stop and all when that you're constantly

[6:02] doing this at the power is your

[6:05] tradition so this is where I come from

[6:09] beautiful and when you were studying

[6:14] with your grandma and with your father

[6:16] and learning because you grew up

[6:19] learning the traditions and what I've

[6:22] really respected about you Hosea is this

[6:25] place of constantly going back to find

[6:28] your own wisdom and yet you also deeply

[6:32] respect the elders and the lineage so I

[6:36] just love you to share about that

[6:37] balance of listening to the elders

[6:39] taking in their Wiz

[6:41] as you also have transformed the

[6:44] teachings to work for you and really to

[6:47] work for modern times yes I noticed when

[6:52] I started hiding behind the teachings

[6:53] when I got comfortable in the teachings

[6:55] and didn't know one apply it in my life

[6:57] I could wear a mask you know repeat the

[6:59] teachings but no I wasn't really

[7:00] applying them and the moment that I

[7:03] begin saying okay I respect my elders

[7:05] because they titled themselves you know

[7:08] it's not a thing repeated what their

[7:10] teacher said no modern times change in

[7:13] modern times that we live right now the

[7:15] parasite got smarter because the old way

[7:17] didn't work because the parasite got

[7:19] smaller because someone who live that

[7:20] way corrupted it so I noticed myself

[7:23] when someone asked me tell me the secret

[7:25] of the Toltecs of hundreds of years ago

[7:27] I said I do not know because I was born

[7:29] in 1978 meaning that answer I can see in

[7:32] my brain pain that I had for certain

[7:34] situation certain teachings and then I

[7:36] began having respect for my elders

[7:37] because our elders just light up their

[7:41] flame so we can pass it forward and keep

[7:44] going forward it's not about going

[7:46] backwards I've never seen somebody you

[7:48] know the Asian transition the runners

[7:50] you know they never run backwards they

[7:53] only get the message and go forward and

[7:55] when I begin to notice the thing that I

[7:56] was going backwards it is respecting the

[7:58] teachings respecting myself introspect

[8:00] in the elders said you know I don't

[8:01] wanna do this it's time to get

[8:02] comfortable in the uncomfortable nest so

[8:04] the first thing that I begin seeing is

[8:06] how the people judge and how people are

[8:09] ashamed of what they're being judged

[8:11] with so I see my my peers people that I

[8:14] respect to begin judging me peeking

[8:16] talking about gossip about me that I was

[8:18] drug addict and these things and I will

[8:20] never change you know we got a big

[8:22] problem you know even seeing how they're

[8:24] reducing my dad's teachings they learn

[8:26] to corrupt them for their own growth too

[8:28] putting attention to my own self and you

[8:30] know I thought kind of bad but I was

[8:31] using that because in that moment I said

[8:33] you know what yes I may be a junkie but

[8:37] if I said that I will not get the

[8:39] reaction of anybody else just I live

[8:42] this way that way I don't have to

[8:43] pretend anymore and I tell your sister

[8:46] when I really have to pretend anyone I

[8:48] can just be me I really begin seeing

[8:50] people who really value unites people

[8:53] who just a set

[8:54] you and I and you can begin seeing also

[8:56] the people who begin my nipple 18

[8:58] because I remember when I was young

[9:00] someone I respected so much they asked

[9:02] me kind of you know kind of mockery kind

[9:04] of sarcastically so said to me so how

[9:07] does it feel to be on that wad you know

[9:09] when my father minion that one and I say

[9:11] you know it's like a curse and how why

[9:14] you say it's like a curse it's because

[9:17] you begin seeing people that you love

[9:18] and respect money protect you and try to

[9:21] break your wings and you don't have any

[9:23] ill feelings to go towards them to hurt

[9:26] them but you begin seeing how we passed

[9:29] the negativity to each other to put them

[9:32] to each other and the only way we can

[9:34] really bro this what ever experience

[9:36] that we are in because every experience

[9:38] that we have experience that are in is

[9:39] what we're going to heal many people

[9:41] look in create experiences to heal when

[9:44] they don't even have it so it won't

[9:46] point in my life I knew that my my

[9:50] journey was to take care of for saying

[9:51] you know Jose was the son of my dad the

[9:54] throne of my mother the grandchild but

[9:56] you know I didn't pick my name

[9:57] I didn't pick to be born like we were

[9:59] taught by Father we were just born so I

[10:02] became feeling that I got resurrected

[10:04] and the other Jose died the old self

[10:08] died in this when I resurrected from the

[10:10] dead and I loved this internet picture

[10:13] of two people walking away from each

[10:14] other and when they walk away from each

[10:16] other their have their backs toward each

[10:18] other they're looking for opposite

[10:20] direction and the Cross says just

[10:22] because you're walking away from

[10:24] somebody you don't love them you just

[10:26] means that part of their chapter is over

[10:28] in your life so for the longest time I

[10:30] used to think that was somebody else but

[10:32] you know today I look at that metaphor

[10:36] and the person I'm walking away from is

[10:38] they also say the Aqua said that he's

[10:41] dead and sometimes when I try to be that

[10:43] Jose is like waking up in ghost town in

[10:46] a place that is there and I begin

[10:48] noticing that I was in growing because I

[10:50] was giving away my power so that the

[10:52] people I respected and loved and they

[10:54] tell me that I couldn't change and in

[10:56] that moment I corrupted loved being the

[11:00] perfect secondary character for them

[11:03] instead of being my own main character

[11:04] in my life and was until I begin

[11:07] respecting my

[11:08] there's so many heartbreaks that I begin

[11:10] now noticing the shaman tradition and

[11:13] the shaman tradition is to learn from

[11:14] nature not the nature outside the nature

[11:17] with demon where everything matters

[11:19] because like my famous singer said

[11:20] outside I cannot take care of anybody

[11:22] who I can take care of everybody is from

[11:26] inside because inside is I take care of

[11:28] me so I cannot take anything personally

[11:31] when I see it from the outside so I can

[11:33] be just like a medical doctor and do

[11:34] attack gnostic without being personal or

[11:37] have any agenda in it and this is the

[11:39] beautiful thing I'm saying when you

[11:41] become to the space of feeling you have

[11:43] no agenda in the world you just want to

[11:45] live and enjoy your life that's why our

[11:47] teachings are for everybody you know

[11:49] there's people who like right now live

[11:51] in racism and discrimination and you

[11:54] know can you imagine being programmed

[11:55] that way even when you're a little kid

[11:57] you know you want to play with this

[11:58] other race kid and someone tells you

[12:00] can't and then containers you were up

[12:03] with that I tell you racist all

[12:05] discrimination people also suffer and

[12:07] they one day will have an epitome of

[12:10] their life and we're going to be here

[12:11] waiting for them so we don't choose

[12:13] sides because we all know that is just a

[12:15] participation of the you know addiction

[12:17] or suffering so when a shaman begins

[12:19] being pure in their own tradition it

[12:22] will not look for convenience see to

[12:25] live like the old way was before when

[12:27] the king and the Queen used to live in

[12:29] the temples and they gather you know

[12:31] Rasputin or they gather moisés or they

[12:34] gather I mean Merlino noises are the

[12:36] gathered Merlin or together other people

[12:38] who represented the mystical tradition

[12:40] and this one either corrupted because

[12:42] religion mystical spirituality has not

[12:44] placed in politics because that's a man

[12:46] who human much is more made of world to

[12:49] govern each other and of course we have

[12:51] to have rules but those rules are based

[12:55] on respect so now it would take respect

[12:57] to our tradition and respect ourselves

[12:59] we can totally know that we are the

[13:02] healers in this world and we're prepared

[13:03] so I love one teaching you teach me

[13:06] sister is about being invisible and the

[13:09] teaching really works because it's like

[13:11] being the chef in the magical kitchen

[13:13] you're cooking meals and no one even

[13:15] sees you but you're always grateful to

[13:18] see where you can help in that's the

[13:19] path that we are on

[13:21] hmm okay so many questions I'm gonna

[13:28] start with this one can you explain for

[13:30] people what the parasite is and how you

[13:34] also experience the parasite

[13:37] individually but also collectively

[13:38] because I think at this time we're

[13:41] seeing the parasite both in individuals

[13:44] and collectively as well so how do we

[13:47] navigate the parasite with love yes to

[13:51] be aware the parasite is are still it is

[13:53] just the creation of a wounded mind and

[13:56] wounded mind that got fed by egos and

[14:00] validation to the ego and it all starts

[14:03] from the beginning the people didn't

[14:04] realize that you know what happens when

[14:06] I keep the stirring to what order need

[14:08] to speak already to do anything when the

[14:10] little kid was a toddler does something

[14:12] anybody was okay so that becomes we were

[14:16] in punishment so could you imagine that

[14:19] a parasite mind is being born right now

[14:23] by all the injustice and all the

[14:25] opinions and judgment that the parents

[14:27] have against life so that little program

[14:29] mind will continue creating a person of

[14:32] its own a person its own is a living

[14:34] being that is over a living being and

[14:36] let's say that living being is just

[14:37] meant for love which is a beautiful love

[14:39] but the parasite that fed over another

[14:41] living being or the opinions that he

[14:43] cannot sing that seems horribly that is

[14:45] never gonna do its best never gonna be

[14:47] happy just gonna be you know any

[14:49] problematic or happy would believe

[14:51] because it will use that to submit

[14:53] itself in this world I'm coming from the

[14:55] parasite is only a level we give it

[14:57] power to submit ourselves and that is

[14:59] the point of machismo so we begin being

[15:02] aware that we contribute to this match

[15:05] is not to suppress Divine Mother to

[15:07] suppress our body to suppress our selves

[15:09] our creativity when we get awareness of

[15:12] that is when our spirit comes out and

[15:14] awakens first of all is to heal the

[15:17] wounded because every racist mind every

[15:19] discriminant mind every parasite mind it

[15:22] only wants to be loved unconditionally

[15:23] without a story so the day that we're

[15:27] tired I remember the day I was tired to

[15:29] fit the parasite I was done I was done

[15:32] talking the negative language to

[15:33] negativity because it

[15:35] prosper it only grew more painful and

[15:37] more painful to the moon that said I

[15:39] don't want to read this anymore

[15:40] and I tell your sister that I begin

[15:42] protecting myself from myself it's

[15:44] because I didn't want to feed that

[15:45] parasite mind inside of me that

[15:47] irritation that negativity all that lies

[15:50] that you know that stick to happiness

[15:51] await when I begin noticing that I was

[15:54] the parasite and the parasite was just a

[15:57] mass being built to get validation from

[15:59] the outside especially in this time of

[16:01] the Internet

[16:02] many people get so depressed because you

[16:04] know they see all these great artists in

[16:06] the internet getting all these lights or

[16:07] this opinion that becomes an addiction

[16:09] and they are needed for that validation

[16:11] so people will begin doing things for

[16:13] awareness in the Internet

[16:14] not because they want to is because they

[16:16] are looking for that validation and then

[16:18] knowing that they get betrayed it'll

[16:20] listen to something they cannot use that

[16:22] to hurt themselves looking for like my

[16:23] brother said looking for that bad you

[16:26] know quote or that but thing that they

[16:29] write into your feet looking for that

[16:31] because that becomes an addiction but

[16:33] the moment it is when you're you you're

[16:35] not looking for that stuff because you

[16:37] know that exists you know people gonna

[16:38] judge you so when you stop using people

[16:41] to hurt yourself that's when everything

[16:43] begins to change because you begin

[16:44] respecting people and you begin

[16:46] respecting yourself because it comes

[16:48] from the spiritual world that I live in

[16:49] now in my world because this little

[16:52] bubble that I make up a story in my head

[16:55] but I know it's story but I prefer to

[16:56] live in the story of positivity than the

[17:00] negativity I know that everyone is

[17:02] standing e8r angels aren't just

[17:05] beautiful angels and the angels are the

[17:08] messengers in our tradition so this is

[17:11] when we ask the question in the people

[17:13] greement but can the messengers are me

[17:15] what can end us are we they we like the

[17:19] message that we're giving we continue

[17:21] but we don't like it we can change it

[17:24] and here comes the world as if it was

[17:26] the parasite minds in all those believe

[17:28] that stop us from shining then we're

[17:30] aware of what we need to work on ways to

[17:33] protect yourself from ourselves let an

[17:36] addict day by day no guilt no shame and

[17:40] that's what I tell you one of the most

[17:42] beautiful things for me to admit it was

[17:45] my parasite mine because my bird

[17:47] was the biggest I think in the world it

[17:50] was not only substance it was with

[17:52] everything that I could her core say

[17:54] especially with romantic relationship

[17:56] because that is the big dream of the

[17:58] planets fall to hurt yourself to

[18:01] betrayed love to misuse love because we

[18:04] don't know how to love we know how to

[18:06] possess and imagine processing the

[18:08] parasite we never want to let it go and

[18:10] this is when I really know that the

[18:12] under safety is not only in 30 weapon

[18:15] the anima safety it's inside our mind

[18:18] when we are afraid of the unknown what

[18:21] we just prefer a relationship that is

[18:24] just disrespectful and abusive and I'm

[18:26] the safety and a pain that we used to it

[18:28] comes a moment where we stop using that

[18:31] against ourselves because we know that

[18:32] we're doing that before we didn't know

[18:33] but when we come to know our parasite

[18:36] it's not up to anybody I can go to a

[18:38] psychic that you know to my father you

[18:40] know they will never really transform my

[18:44] life until I accept it and it's what I

[18:47] did now I can just witness my parasite

[18:51] mind just call for me beings because it

[18:54] is a life but what I learned in this

[18:56] tradition is to control many emotional

[18:58] poison what is the price I'm going to

[19:00] pay from using my awareness because when

[19:03] I lose my words is where I go into that

[19:05] I think habit of judging including

[19:08] myself in that dynamic continuous so can

[19:11] be comfortable in the uncomfortableness

[19:13] is the key for me for me to simmer the

[19:17] parasite and to not give it their

[19:19] attention and that's when my father

[19:22] teach us remember in the book voice of

[19:25] knowledge teaching they came out like

[19:26] this but was the beautiful mind a

[19:29] beautiful mind at movie but is no fennec

[19:32] and then we he said to all of our

[19:34] friends all these apprentices all of us

[19:35] you know I see you guys like that guy

[19:38] you hear it voices you don't see people

[19:40] but you hear those voices and mister

[19:42] parasite boys the moment that you stop

[19:44] giving an attention you're going to be

[19:45] free from yourself in this person or

[19:47] freezer for me and the fifth agreement

[19:53] like when I think about the foundations

[19:56] of shamanism which is around deeply

[19:59] connecting to the nature of ourselves

[20:00] and

[20:01] nature around us that v agreement be

[20:05] skeptical but learn to listen is really

[20:10] such a deep foundation of I believe

[20:13] shamanic practice because we have to

[20:16] simply show up and keep our awareness

[20:20] right here so we're not believing

[20:23] anything but we're also believing

[20:25] everything so can you share about that

[20:28] and we'll weave it then into doing

[20:31] shamanic ritual as a way to learn to

[20:35] navigate in a new manner yes it's a

[20:41] beautiful imagination I always like to

[20:42] use imagination because that's how I do

[20:44] beat requesting I just like to imagine

[20:46] it imagine that you wake up in a world

[20:49] full of stories and none of the stories

[20:51] are real they're just stories of

[20:53] humanity mankind how can five thousand

[20:56] years of stories to be real so when I

[20:58] walk in life

[20:59] I see all the storytellers walking all

[21:02] these people who believe in different

[21:04] stories that my story you know doesn't

[21:06] really matter I could have said because

[21:08] I'm visiting I'd begin listening how

[21:10] people dream you know I can talk about

[21:12] awareness and the parasite mind to

[21:14] people who believe about aliens people

[21:17] who believe about ghosts and you know

[21:19] and really they just do in that world

[21:21] and I can speak to them like if I was

[21:24] speaking to somebody who was a lawyer or

[21:27] someone who it's a judge it's because

[21:30] you know we all have different ways of

[21:31] seeing life we all have ways of seeing

[21:33] the dream and we all have our own

[21:34] individual dream so when we don't try to

[21:37] conquer or impost

[21:38] the way that we dream is just about

[21:41] witnessing and the people agreement is

[21:42] the best tool for me because I don't

[21:45] believe myself

[21:46] I don't believe then I don't believe

[21:47] anything else and that's my father's one

[21:49] of the main teachings that he teach us

[21:51] don't believe anything believe yourself

[21:52] and especially don't believe them

[21:55] they're our opinion they don't matter

[21:56] they they're creating stories that

[21:58] judgemental stories can hurt you you're

[22:01] judgmental stories can hurt yourself too

[22:02] and the dream can hurt you too like

[22:04] right now we can see I wish humanity

[22:06] will make it like they asked my father

[22:08] long time ago with humanity we'll make

[22:10] it and he responded it's making it and

[22:12] right now I can say or how can you say

[22:14] that when

[22:15] all these rights are happening here when

[22:17] this injustice happened here when racism

[22:18] is growing and he respond imagine waking

[22:21] up a thousand years

[22:22] in the time of the Inquisition in

[22:25] England so you can understand the

[22:26] language knowing what you know now how

[22:29] long would it take for you to tell

[22:31] everybody you know whether you're

[22:33] studying how to hunt witches how to make

[22:35] you live there were all those books that

[22:36] are you're reading their nonsense

[22:38] they're not real because there's

[22:41] awareness now you don't believe in those

[22:43] stories but they do so how long do it

[22:47] take them to you know choose your

[22:49] witchcraft deal with the devil to put

[22:51] you to the gallows pole you know we are

[22:53] growing as a humanity but the beautiful

[22:55] thing is to not believe all the old

[22:57] wounds the scorpion this thing is

[22:59] somebody's own stinger do not perjure

[23:01] somebody or the judgment because

[23:03] sometimes we already healed

[23:05] I don't but we will open it and you can

[23:08] see right now the injustice is so big in

[23:11] the world that people are reopening

[23:12] wounds because that's where they feel

[23:14] comfortable but they aren't controlling

[23:16] the unknown you know people could get

[23:19] educated with racism in discrimination

[23:22] and you know they want to make their

[23:23] parents proud the bigger racist you know

[23:25] and they don't even realize what they're

[23:27] doing it's trapped in a nightmare so

[23:30] when we begin talking to somebody who

[23:33] just has an epitome of this that

[23:34] innocent wanted anymore is to you know

[23:37] know in that we do know what we're doing

[23:40] so don't be hard on yourself with the

[23:42] judgments you didn't know you were stuck

[23:45] in a story and no thoughts that you

[23:48] believe in about yourself they're not

[23:50] even real

[23:51] so could you imagine how powerful we

[23:54] could be how hard can open up and we

[23:57] know that those self judgment that we

[23:58] tell herself is not real then we begin

[24:00] to heal so if we healer stir we can see

[24:03] how we stop herself and then when the

[24:05] person who judge himself imagined being

[24:07] racist and it's gonna be a racist

[24:09] anymore and if we can sing oh what other

[24:11] people did do not eat it and do it he

[24:13] was born into a world that he was

[24:16] dreaming that way he just woke up from a

[24:17] nightmare and I tell you all of us are

[24:20] waking up from a certain kind of

[24:21] nightmare like that I woke up in a dream

[24:24] of junkie why do we do junkie you know

[24:26] when they put us all this poisoning we

[24:28] don't even

[24:28] a chance but for ourselves does and this

[24:33] is when we don't believe the outside

[24:34] dream the joy junkie you can never grow

[24:37] or you believe yourself oh I'm a junkie

[24:39] can never grow or you believe them

[24:41] junkies will never grow no we see how we

[24:44] were destroying our life and we want to

[24:46] change that we can being skeptical of

[24:48] the negativity that we cannot change

[24:50] that we will always be a junkie now we

[24:53] had a novel of that world do we wake up

[24:54] so erases one they can wake up it's done

[24:57] in that world someone who lives in

[24:59] abusive relationship what they're

[25:00] getting physically hit by their husbands

[25:02] or their wife doesn't matter they're

[25:04] getting abuse they wake up and said I

[25:05] don't want that in my life anymore

[25:07] especially when they see the little

[25:08] children walking and seeing that because

[25:10] that's their destiny when you notice

[25:12] that that's the testament for children

[25:14] in the future we change our own and deal

[25:17] with ourselves because if we don't do it

[25:19] ourselves how can we let this parasite

[25:22] piece come to the little minds and you

[25:26] know one beautiful teaching about Bruce

[25:28] Lee was they didn't want to pass it this

[25:32] negativity to his children so he broke

[25:35] all the corruption from his come for

[25:38] training but he also dealt with the

[25:40] parasite in his life because he didn't

[25:41] want to pass his parasite to the

[25:44] children and it's like my father did

[25:46] with all of us because when I said all

[25:48] of us I will just say he stood I mean

[25:50] all these apprentices because he didn't

[25:52] want to catch his parasite to anybody

[25:55] else and when we wake up not believing

[25:58] our own lies I don't want to pass my

[26:00] parasite to the next generation because

[26:01] you know I see a junkie who's 12 years

[26:04] old and I can tell them you can change

[26:06] your life you don't have to believe the

[26:08] outside dream to suppress you why

[26:10] because I've done it before and it can

[26:13] be done and that's why it's so important

[26:16] for everybody to speak the truth to come

[26:18] out of their darkness so they can heal

[26:20] themselves because when we begin healing

[26:22] or so we find our own light and that's

[26:24] when the ceremony becomes so powerful

[26:26] because we're not doing it for

[26:28] validation for people to see us we're

[26:30] one with God we're one with nature

[26:31] mother earth really inside of us

[26:34] so everything we do is an act of power

[26:36] especially not believing the temptation

[26:39] that irritates us the

[26:41] temptation that make us loose with envy

[26:44] and hatred and jealousy we're fine just

[26:46] the way we are we are alive what else do

[26:49] we need the person man will offer you

[26:51] many things but be skeptical about that

[26:55] you have everything now and as we learn

[27:02] to be sceptical of our minds and what

[27:04] our mind is saying there's also

[27:05] beautiful ways that we can take action

[27:08] to bring ritual and ceremony to help us

[27:12] also transform so can you share about

[27:14] your love of teaching people practical

[27:18] ways to claim their own attention in its

[27:22] it's really what I love about ceremony

[27:24] rituals it's nonverbal it's art and you

[27:28] have such a profound way of sharing that

[27:31] so - please share that gift you have of

[27:34] how to use ritual to come back into your

[27:38] true nature one of the simplest that

[27:41] works for me was something that my

[27:43] grandmother taught me when I'm feeling

[27:44] stuck or in a moment is to breathe I

[27:47] agreed I take a breathe in I let the

[27:53] breath out

[27:54] 101 spirituality simple but why do I say

[27:57] this the most simplest acts of ceremony

[27:59] can help you in the everyday of life

[28:01] let's say I attach to something I

[28:04] touched your relationship touch to an

[28:07] idea work that's not working for me that

[28:09] just bring me irritation but I don't let

[28:11] the breath go so what's happening

[28:13] I'm suffocating and that's one exercise

[28:17] or ceremony that I do all the time

[28:19] there's always a rhythm for the

[28:21] harmonium to be played you put air in it

[28:24] fill it out you never stop feeding the

[28:28] body the air of Mother Nature because

[28:31] that's when we become anxious when

[28:32] that's when we begin losing ourselves so

[28:34] once you are connected to the body

[28:36] that's the first step not the mind of

[28:39] the problems because they come and go

[28:41] it's pressure connected to the breath of

[28:43] air ok now we're connected when I snuck

[28:47] into any thought now I like to do these

[28:51] other ceremony after following this one

[28:53] I get the two hands and I place them

[28:57] together I don't touch I begin feeling

[29:02] the energy between the two palm of my

[29:06] hands then I begin moving I begin moving

[29:11] them like I find the resistance I call

[29:16] it like an energetic rubber band

[29:19] the moment that you begin moving it up

[29:22] and down like an accordion you begin

[29:25] feeling the energy all around your hands

[29:29] and in your being begins connecting

[29:32] their body this technique I learned from

[29:34] grandmother and I practice it when I

[29:36] lost my eyesight because I couldn't see

[29:38] but I learned how to feel and know me

[29:41] feeling this body the space between my

[29:43] hands is what I really am

[29:45] it's not the body because this space

[29:48] what I feel the energy coming is what I

[29:50] really am so when I begin focused on

[29:53] that instead of money and I walk up in

[29:55] nature in life I begin putting my hands

[29:57] out like this and I cross my eyes and in

[30:00] this ceremony I can connect to any tree

[30:02] any air any place of nature because I am

[30:05] one of them I will move my head my mind

[30:08] and I begin witnessing it it fits me

[30:11] information like a tree well the same

[30:15] time I don't lose focus on this

[30:18] tivity knowing that I am this energy had

[30:21] placed my hands down and I begin look

[30:25] everywhere around and I know that I'm

[30:28] still meditating I'm still in the basis

[30:30] breathing but now I'm using my breath I

[30:34] said breathe and think and I have my

[30:37] hands still open now I begin doing the

[30:40] power of prayer now I'm sending this

[30:43] energy that I just collected from messed

[30:45] up and I'm putting it out because I feel

[30:47] that we are all connected so if you need

[30:50] a little energy from me I can put a

[30:52] little energy from me if I need a little

[30:53] energy from you I can take some energy

[30:55] because we all are doing this theme so

[30:58] when we are in a beautiful communing

[31:00] with Mother Nature and you want your

[31:03] shadow to end you can just do this

[31:06] exercise and go out to nature and just

[31:08] see how you begun being like something

[31:13] that comes in your body there nothing

[31:15] sticks you can hold a thought and it

[31:17] will slip out because right now you are

[31:19] in the process of the Dean nature and

[31:21] now what I love to do about this these

[31:24] have a beautiful day

[31:26] what around and really put attention who

[31:30] you meet put at engine who your inter a

[31:33] twit it might feel like you're

[31:35] interacting to some person you know but

[31:37] sometimes when you begin living this way

[31:39] you start talking to the bad masters and

[31:42] when I talk to you by masters everyone

[31:44] said be by master but I'm talking about

[31:46] some information that being pulled to

[31:48] you like saying to you like I just

[31:50] cannot come to you in this day because

[31:52] you're open to life so when you begin

[31:55] opening to slant is your hole that is a

[31:56] ceremony because everything you do is an

[31:59] act of love so when you place yourself

[32:02] in this moment you begin witnessing

[32:04] everything around and I tell you I

[32:06] started this training a few years ago

[32:09] and he hasn't ended

[32:11] that's why when I have to put my hands I

[32:15] love to put my hands like this and begin

[32:18] putting energy towards the people that I

[32:21] love and they don't even have to know

[32:23] I'm just sending the prayer and this is

[32:26] what I'm coming from a prayer

[32:29] doesn't need to be validated love

[32:32] doesn't need to be validated ceremonies

[32:35] don't need to be validated ceremony it's

[32:39] just an act of love for the earth to be

[32:42] your witness and make a deal with her

[32:44] and you can make a deal with her when

[32:48] you're in this one we gonna tranquility

[32:50] when when I make a deal with her with

[32:54] life when I was filling all of this and

[32:56] I can see my suffering mind a parasite

[32:59] Wendy wanted to go away is when I was

[33:02] drowning and I made a deal with Mother

[33:05] Earth and if she let me go I gave my

[33:11] word that I will do everything just to

[33:14] share these gems out of me wherever I go

[33:17] and every time I tried to break that

[33:19] word you know chaos begin happening so

[33:22] mother nature now put me back in my

[33:24] place because it was a reflection on my

[33:26] crunches nest when you begin living with

[33:29] a life of ceremony your conscience is

[33:31] completely open because you will know

[33:33] how you're going against yourself for

[33:35] life and that's so uncomfortable because

[33:37] you know what you're doing we were once

[33:39] a falling angel because we didn't know

[33:41] what we did but now with the wareness we

[33:42] do and that's a ceremonial act to keep

[33:45] yourself awakened at all times

[33:47] you think Archangel Michael ever puts

[33:49] his sword down when he's stepping on the

[33:52] devil no it's always that thing on the

[33:54] devil and it always has this work sort

[33:56] up because the sword is its word and

[33:59] it's the power of his word that is puts

[34:00] paid in and the little devil there's

[34:04] something separate is itself - so this

[34:06] is what we're doing when we're doing

[34:08] this act of power we're remembering what

[34:10] we truly are energy get into the matter

[34:14] of the body there is a living being

[34:16] because it's Mother Earth now with that

[34:19] little angel protecting Divine Mother in

[34:21] this physical body from ourselves

[34:23] the moment that we begin planning in our

[34:25] own way and this is very important

[34:27] everybody when you do a ceremony do it

[34:30] your own way not anybody else's way why

[34:33] because you have your own personal way

[34:35] of healing like my healing you know is

[34:38] my personal healing he doesn't have to

[34:40] do with anybody else is nobody's

[34:41] business how I

[34:42] you myself because I understand it

[34:44] another window validation to tell

[34:46] everybody how a human self because

[34:48] that's my medicine do you have your

[34:50] medicine you have your healing medicine

[34:52] and this is what ceremony is very

[34:53] important because a ceremony at there's

[34:57] no lies welcome it's only your truth to

[35:02] support the love of your life to make

[35:04] yourself rise in love in the name of

[35:06] love not use bluff as a tool to hurt

[35:10] yourself within corrupt law once you

[35:13] learn to uncorrupt yourself you know you

[35:15] begin walking this earth and yes there

[35:17] people try to manipulate you people to

[35:19] try to put a fast one on you remember

[35:22] turn your children will you take

[35:25] children personal and I tell you from

[35:27] this point of view a divine mother no

[35:30] everybody's a children and that's one

[35:32] thing that I'm so grateful because right

[35:34] now were in the time of mama Gaga's

[35:38] leaving this this this this planet a few

[35:41] years ago so her teachings are very

[35:43] important to me because she introduced

[35:47] shamanism and into ISM in in the Angels

[35:50] to me and there or has something a

[35:53] comment that is to support divine mother

[35:55] and they all have different rituals so

[35:57] whatever works for you whatever ceremony

[35:59] works for you he will not have life

[36:02] unless you do it with your sacred heart

[36:04] in your sacred heart is a medicine bag

[36:06] that you put all the tools that you have

[36:08] sacred because you respect them because

[36:11] you have faith in them like I have faith

[36:13] in my father's words in his medicine and

[36:15] it has always healed me

[36:18] because I respect him so much and then

[36:21] all of a sudden his face turning to my

[36:23] face so I respect myself that much as

[36:26] well so you hear what I'm saying

[36:28] when you begin respecting your teachers

[36:30] is when you begin respecting yourself

[36:32] and you're not afraid of any negativity

[36:35] in the world because you're not afraid

[36:37] of yourself and this is when the

[36:39] ceremony is applied when you bring the

[36:41] energy into darkness Thank You Jose such

[36:48] beautiful words and for all of us to

[36:51] really settle into this place that your

[36:54] heart is the medicine bag it gets really

[36:57] easy to get caught up sometimes and

[36:59] there's something out there that I have

[37:01] to do or some tools that I have to have

[37:03] I have the right tools and the truth is

[37:06] the tools are beautiful whatever the

[37:09] physical tools are but really where the

[37:12] healing and where the real tool is is

[37:15] right inside of us always so as we close

[37:18] Jose is there any last things that you

[37:21] would like to share with the listeners

[37:25] with people that are part of the

[37:27] ceremony that we're in right now well I

[37:30] have so much gratitude for the energy of

[37:33] the Toltec mother and one of the protec

[37:37] mothers that came and left this world

[37:39] that was grandmother Sarita my

[37:40] grandmother and she said you know I'm so

[37:44] happy for you guys in the generation

[37:46] that is around you because you'll feel

[37:48] the return of divine mother her

[37:50] consciousness is gonna come and you're

[37:51] gonna witness and I've killed it you

[37:53] know I feel it in me and I feel it in

[37:55] your sister because you're representing

[37:57] you know so beautifully I'm so proud and

[37:59] honored to see the dance in the fire

[38:01] you're sharing around the world because

[38:02] you have this energy and I love to

[38:04] everybody to have this energy as well

[38:06] because this is a big return of Divine

[38:09] Mother even in your middle you have

[38:11] Divine Mother body in you because it is

[38:14] just humanity who separated us none in

[38:17] female you know because we're all our

[38:19] life in The Omen that you notice

[38:21] yourself

[38:21] I like this body is lent to us and how

[38:24] you treat yourself is how you're

[38:25] treating the planet

[38:26] you just suppress yourself you're

[38:28] suppressing the power of divine mother

[38:30] and

[38:31] does exist in this world so it's time to

[38:33] end machismo by making your life a

[38:35] masterpiece of art and having a heart

[38:38] you don't have to have coldness you'll

[38:40] have to have a pretend coldness bar or a

[38:43] heavy heart you know a cold heart or a

[38:45] fake mask you know just be your

[38:47] authentic self and I tell you the people

[38:49] who are not supposed to be your let will

[38:50] walk away and you're parasites outside

[38:53] Paris has movement move and self in your

[38:55] parasite will not use them to hurt

[38:56] yourself and it will find people who are

[38:58] supporting up your art because you're

[39:00] supporting their art and you'll find

[39:02] your own tribe but you have to let go of

[39:04] the old characters especially yourself

[39:06] that mentality that's affecting you and

[39:08] you get consciousness you have the

[39:10] awareness that you're here to do

[39:12] everything in service to take care of

[39:13] the law of your life and just listen to

[39:16] this it's not selfish because when you

[39:18] give to yourself this beautiful thing

[39:20] you can give it to your children once

[39:22] you give it to your children your

[39:24] children will have something and this is

[39:25] when the teachers becomes eternal and we

[39:27] have to detach like grandmother detached

[39:29] on her old ways but if she really

[39:32] detached from her always and she was

[39:34] very strict with my father that she has

[39:36] to follow her ways or about the highway

[39:38] no she respect my father so much let my

[39:41] father respect us so much and we will do

[39:44] the same thing because it's all about

[39:46] the heart and I tell you when you look

[39:51] into the mirror the most loyal person

[39:54] the Allies looking at you ready to serve

[39:57] you whatever you command it is but I ask

[40:01] you this question are you ready to serve

[40:04] the love of your life and stop listening

[40:06] to the parasite to be injustice and

[40:09] return to love before you forget

[40:11] yourself because one day we going to

[40:13] forget ourselves we're going to forget

[40:15] even our mind or what we are

[40:17] so let's wake up in living golden time

[40:21] what do I mean by golden time to

[40:23] appreciate your loved ones if you have

[40:24] you know trouble or debate with them or

[40:28] you have problems in you don't speed

[40:31] don't wait for a hospital to speak with

[40:34] that person make peace with them the

[40:36] stories don't matter just stories

[40:37] doughnuts story separate from the people

[40:39] you love and especially yourself and yes

[40:43] this beautiful dream because that is the

[40:44] vacation and if you lose your suitcase

[40:46] just know you can get another one

[40:48] because the suitcase is not on vacation

[40:49] you are the sole traveler thank you so

[40:54] much Jose and I'm so grateful to have

[40:57] you share your heart and your wisdom

[40:58] with everyone thanks you also everyone
